We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stops, Botanic Road and Tolka Bridge, is just a 6-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner. Our charming 40m2 modern and tastefully decorated apartment is close to various top attractions to Glasnevin Cemetery, The Gravediggers Pub, and the Botanic Gardens, making it an ideal place to stay for a memorable Dublin experience. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan.
The living room features a large sofa, and a dining table for four.
There is also a dedicated workspace for remote working. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Enjoy your stay! A fully equipped, clean flat that’s easy to get to and well connected. GuestReady were incredibly quick to reply to any queries; we really did feel very comfortable there. It was a lovely touch having coffee capsules – thank you. We can’t wait to return to Dublin soon.
