It is a historic Greek house located just 70 meters from the sea and the beach.
On the street where it is located there are historic houses and a French high school from the Ottoman era. In the vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, entertainment centers and bars.
If you are coming to Izmir for the first time, the center is Alsanc.
My house is located in the area of Alsancak Cyprus martyrs street, the most central point of Izmir.
Alsancak Market is 20 metres away.
It is in an extremely easy to reach area.
It is very close to metro, ferry and tram stops. My house consists of 3 rooms and a living room.
Daily rental houses are very large compared to their counterparts.
It is especially ideal for large groups and young people.
You can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Air conditioners and heaters are available.
