This small house is in one of the rare villages with a pristine beach that can be easily reached in Istanbul; you can also easily come by taxi/Uber/vehicle 15 minutes to Istanbul airport and 20 minutes to Levent.
A tiny experience center where you can enjoy the sea during the day, the barbecue and the fire in the evening.
It's not just for yourself, it's even enjoyable to enjoy with your friends.
The space
Our house is right in front of the bus stop, so buses can pass by, although not very often, and horses, small cattle and poultry roam freely outside the fences.
In general, it is not very noisy, it is on the main street with street lighting, surrounded by a fence with barbed wire; you will not feel uneasy in terms of security.
