Location, very close to the train station. 10 min walk to the marina.

My initial Whatsapp message was not acknowledged, and communication throughout the stay was slow and inconsistent. When I reported an issue, it took two days for a clothes dryer to be delivered.

The sofa was comfortable, the TV was big, and place was reasonably clean.
Negative:
- We were given the wrong access code for the building and were only able to get in because another resident told us the correct one. Rental Valley asked us for the new code.
