Located in the center of Savonnières, this charming, typically Touraine holiday home from 1726 welcomes up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms.
The house backs onto troglodyte caves with a press area and benefits from the natural coolness of the caves. The two attic bedrooms are separated by a simple curtain, which may limit privacy for 4 adults.
This accommodation is therefore ideal for a couple alone or with 2 children. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with a classic coffee maker and Senseo machine, as well as a cozy living room with a fireplace and exposed beams. The house includes a bathroom, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating throughout, a television, a fan, and a washing machine.
A baby bed, high chair, changing mat, toys, and children's books are also available for your stay. Outside, relax in the private garden and on three uncovered private terraces offering panoramic views of the Cher River.
A plancha grill lets you enjoy outdoor meals. Parking is available on the street, and a private, locked bike storage area also accommodates motorcycles.
Events are not permitted on the property. Digital holidays guaranteed. 4G easily accessible.

Le gîte est bien situé et bien équipé.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, pas de wifi mais on capte bien la 4G.
Je remercie nos hôtes pour leur accueil sympathique avec en cadeau des confitures maison.
Nous reviendrons dans cette région du Val de Loire.
