Located in Montignac-Lascaux, in the heart of Périgord Noir, this charming 40 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests.
It features a bedroom with a double bed and exposed beams, as well as a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge, electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pressure cooker, and dishwasher.
You also have Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, double glazing, and electric shutters. Enjoy your private terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture, and a barbecue, offering an open view of the surrounding countryside and complete privacy.
Private parking is available on site.
You also have free access to the owner's pool. Please note that pets and events are not allowed.
You must leave the accommodation perfectly clean upon departure.
Bed linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is available for an extra charge. The property is set in a peaceful environment, just a 10-minute walk from the town center and shops.

Séjour d'une semaine, au calme, au milieu de la campagne mais à proximité de Montignac, 15/20mn à pieds, commerces.
Proche des sites du Périgord Noir. Gîte très bien aménagé. Marilyn est une personne très accueillante, de bons conseils, je le recommande.
