Cocoonr offers this 40 m² flat, which sleeps up to 4 people, to rent in Port-Vendres.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.
We look forward to welcoming you. The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park at Place Bélieu (free) or Place de l'Obélisque (paying) near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Port-Vendres, about 1 km away (12 minutes on foot) - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, about 40 km away (1 hour by car) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances and shower after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking - Access to the mezzanine is forbidden to travellers
