Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need. We respect your privacy and give you the freedom to enjoy the home, but we’re just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay ✨ ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine. Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area.
Propane levels are not guaranteed.
If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange.
We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt. Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests.
No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences resulting from these factors. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability.

If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible.
Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them.
If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm. ✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.
If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. Car is the easiest way to get around . Downtown Fort Myers is about 15 minutes away, with restaurants, shops, and the River District ️. Manatee Park is around 15 minutes , and Fort Myers Beach is about 30–35 minutes ️. Sanibel Island is about 35–45 minutes . Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, but limited in some peak times, so having a car is recommended.
