Our spacious, stylishly furnished 85 m² holiday apartment in Stockach is the perfect retreat for up to 4 guests—ideal for couples, families, or friends who value peace, nature, and good connections.
Two comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the bright living and dining area offers space to spend time together—whether relaxing on the sofa or enjoying a meal.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen lets you start your day at your own pace—with coffee that tastes like vacation.
A special highlight is the private balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy views of the greenery.
The shared garden offers extra space to relax—children will love the swing, slide, and protected sandbox.
A playground directly opposite makes this a great choice for families. The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac—little traffic, lots of nature, and short distances: a bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, and the most beautiful spots around Lake Constance are easy to reach.
For your comfort, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, heating in all rooms, and easy self check-in are provided.
Family-friendly amenities such as a baby bed, high chair, and toys are also available.

Ruhige Lage / umfangreiche Ausstattung / sehr geräumig und für Familien gut geeignet / große Küche mit Essbereich
Balkon zugewachsen durch umliegende Bäume und Gestrüpp, war daher leider nicht nutzbar.
Kühlschrank viel zu klein für eine vierköpfige Familie, eher für ein Single Haushalt ausgelegt.
Im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker und Supermarkt oder eine Gastronomie.
