Located in the heart of the Vilaine Valley in the town of Laillé, this gite offers a privileged natural setting.
Situated on the GR39 trail, it’s the perfect starting point for a stay combining relaxation, discovery, and remote work.
Nearby, the Boël site and its famous mill provide a peaceful, historic atmosphere. This 18th-century house was fully renovated in 2022, preserving its authenticity while adding modern comfort.
With 108 m² of space, it accommodates up to 8 guests.
The ground floor features a living area, kitchen, WC, a bedroom with 2 beds and a private shower room.
Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms (two double beds 140x190, one bed 160x200), a bathroom, and separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and tableware.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with plancha grill and garden furniture.
Parking spaces are available. All furniture and bedding are new. Wi-Fi is included.
The home is family-friendly (secure stairs, continuous flooring). Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Board games are available for all ages.

Nous étions 3 couples d’amis venus passer une semaine pour visiter une partie de cette belle region. Nous avons bien apprécié le gîte pour son calme. la cuisine est bien
équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie bonne.
De jolies balades pédestres passent a proximité du gîte.

Nous avons passé 2 week-end dans le gîte de La Longère dont l un pour fêter Noël en famille. Nous avions, à notre arrivée le sapin et des décorations pour le plus grand bonheur des petits et des grands.
Très bon accueil, Sylvie est arrangeante , àl écoute, passionnée par son travail, elle a à cœur ...

Nous sommes restés plusieurs semaines dans le gîte La Longère. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part Sylvie, le gîte est très confortable, bien équipé (bonne literie, cuisine moderne) et très propre.
Il est placé à proximité d’un circuit de randonnée, et dispose d’une terrasse agréable et bien exposée.
Toute la famille a passé un agréable séjour, et recommande cette adresse.
