The new 64 m² Waldquartier Huxel apartment in Schmallenberg accommodates up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room.
There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen for your comfort.

Access is via stairs (2 flights); there is no elevator. Outside, a small terrace awaits you—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Parking is available directly at the house with 1 shared parking space, as well as on the street.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sogar eine Klimaanlage für warme Sommertage ist vorhanden! Das Badezimmer (Dusche) verfügt über eine Regendusche!
Zu Fuss ist man Ruck Zuck in unmittelbarer Waldnähe und von dort aus kann man Kilometerweit wandern!
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage für Radtouren oder Wanderungen!
