The apartment is perfect for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.
This 30 m² apartment is located on the Sonnenalm at the edge of Bad Mitterndorf.
Situated on the second floor (with elevator), it accommodates up to 3 guests.
In addition to the living-bedroom, there is a separate kitchen and a bathroom.
The large terrace offers a stunning view of the Grimming mountain. A special highlight is the heated indoor pool on the ground floor, open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Free parking is available in front of the building. The area offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities: skiing (Tauplitz 5 km, Loser 18 km, Schladming 50 km), cross-country skiing (over 160 km of trails, one of the longest networks in Austria), hiking, horseback riding, cycling, golfing, and water sports on the nearby Salzkammergut lakes. Hallstatt and Bad Ischl can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
There are also two nearby spas for wellness and relaxation (Grimmingtherme in Bad Mitterndorf, Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee). Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and restaurants are located in the center of Bad Mitterndorf, about 3 km away.
