The property offers privacy, generous space, and all the comforts needed for an unforgettable stay. The villa accommodates up to 11 guests and features 6 double bedrooms, including 3 with double beds and 3 twin rooms.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and four on the upper floor.
All rooms are fully equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, safety box, and hairdryer. Inside, the villa boasts a spacious open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light and designed to create a warm yet elegant atmosphere.
The layout seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for socializing and relaxing together. Outside, the property is surrounded by a quiet private garden and features a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off under the Mediterranean sun.
The generous covered porch offers an outdoor lounge and dining area, ideal for enjoying long evenings, preparing a barbecue, or simply unwinding in a sunny and tranquil setting. The villa also provides free WiFi and two private parking spaces. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
