In the evening, you can admire beautiful sunsets over the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The combined living and sleeping area features a large double bed, dining area, sofa, cozy TV chair, SAT-TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system.
The balcony sliding door includes an additional insect screen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and other utensils.
The modern bathroom offers a wall-mounted toilet, hairdryer, and large shower.
The balcony is furnished with garden furniture, sun umbrella, and an electric awning.
A parking space is available directly in front of the building.
Elevator access is provided.
