The pool, garden, and barbecue are shared with the upper floors. Located in a quiet residential area of San Ginés, the apartment is just a two-minute walk from the beach and promenade.
The large pool is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
All facilities are new. The pool is available year-round from 9:00 to 22:00 and is only shared with the upper apartment. Amenities include fiber optic wifi, barbecue, outdoor oven, fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge, complete cookware, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, living room with TV, pool, garden, and parking at the entrance. Your hosts live on the ground floor and are available to help you with anything you need.
To get here, upon entering La Azohía, go straight until you see a small local police booth on the left and a yellow arrow with "El pinar de San Ginés." Turn left, then take the first right onto Avenida Levante.
Continue after the curve. House rules: If you bring a pet, it must always be kept on a leash while in the garden or pool area.
