In the heart of Carloforte’s historic center, in the quiet Castello area, Casa di Gaia is a charming, recently renovated independent house, perfect for relaxing stays on the Island of San Pietro.
The apartment, about 65 sqm, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is arranged over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a small private outdoor space.
Upstairs, a charming mezzanine hosts the double bedroom with a second bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The house offers all modern comforts: air conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a convenient workspace, ideal for longer stays.
For families, a crib and high chair are available. Outside, on the ground floor, there is a small private area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors; a practical outdoor shower is also available. The area is very quiet, located in the upper part of town and surrounded by green spaces, yet just a short walk from the center and main services.
Free parking is available nearby. Medium-sized dogs are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
Events are not allowed. This is the perfect solution for those seeking authenticity, comfort, and tranquility just minutes from the sea. Dogs must never be left alone in the house.
