With a functional and welcoming layout, this home combines the island’s typical charm with practical amenities for a relaxing stay. The ground floor features three bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring greater comfort throughout the year.
The layout includes one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a pull-out single bed, offering flexibility for different accommodation needs. On the lower floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, creating a practical and comfortable space for preparing meals and enjoying quality time with family or friends.
The house also includes a bathroom with shower and a pleasant balcony, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. This property is the ideal choice for those looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Madeira. AREA Located in Funchal, the house benefits from close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and local shops.
The location provides easy access to the city’s main attractions, seaside areas, and waterfront promenades, making it perfect for both exploring Madeira’s capital and enjoying peaceful moments of rest. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer.

It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request.
There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person.

Dobre wyposażenie kuchni i bardzo czysto. W trakcie pobytu była nawet zmiana pościeli i ręczników co Nas bardzo zaskoczyło.
Dobra lokalizacja do sklepów i kawiarni.
Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, dobre twarde materace. brakuje troche piekarnika, ale jest airfryer.

Very great place to stay as friends and or family. Plenty of space and nice possibilities for parking and easy access to the rest of the island. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the chatbot forgot my name (seems unprofessional) and there was a weird smell of a cleaning product or trash.
