Located in Rimsting, our 120 m² holiday home on a south-facing slope offers space for up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 main bathroom, and a smaller bathroom with shower.
You will find a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace.
For families, a high chair as well as shared toys and books for children are available.
Self check-in ensures a convenient arrival. The house does not currently have air conditioning, but cross-ventilation and closed blinds during the day keep the apartment pleasantly cool.
A comprehensive cooling concept with air conditioning in the bedroom is planned for summer 2027. Enjoy the stunning panoramic mountain views from the private garden, the covered balcony, or the spacious open terrace.
The apartment’s gas grill is perfect for barbecues. A covered parking space is available.
Pets are welcome (for an extra fee, payable on site). Events are not permitted! This modern chalet is quietly located just 10 minutes from Lake Chiemsee, with many cycling and hiking trails nearby.
The towns of Prien and Rimsting offer restaurants and shops, reachable in just 3 minutes by car. In Prien, a weekly market with regional specialties takes place every Friday.
Munich and Salzburg are both 1 hour away. The area offers numerous swimming opportunities at the lakes, and Prien has an indoor and outdoor pool.
Bike and boat rentals are nearby.
You can also explore Lake Chiemsee and visit the islands with the royal palace by steamboat. The private Finnish outdoor sauna with mountain view for up to 4 people is available free of charge.

Das Chalet bietet Alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht.... man fühlt sich willkommen und wird von sehr warmherzigen Vermietern begrüßt....hier ist genau der richtige Ort, um aufzutanken und Körper und Seele etwas Gutes zu tun.
das wir wieder nach Hause fahren mussten...wir wären gerne noch geblieben...
