Charming 69 m² holiday home in the picturesque village of Le Poujol-Sur-Orb, nestled in the Hauts Cantons du Languedoc under the wonderful Hérault climate.
Accommodating up to 4 guests, it offers 2 bedrooms, a spacious 22 m² living room, and a small workspace with a desk and chair.
Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with shower, shampoo dispenser, sink, storage drawers, and a toilet with shelving.
Each bedroom features a TV, nightstand, and bedside lamp.
The Queen-size bedroom (EMMA bedding) includes shelves, two wardrobes, and a mosquito net for peaceful summer nights. Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. For your comfort during hot summers, the house has air conditioning.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available.
A second toilet is located on the ground floor, in addition to the one upstairs. Enjoy mountain views surrounding the property and explore the Passa Païs greenway, stretching 80 km from Mazamet (Tarn) to Bédarieux (Hérault)—perfect for walking or cycling.
