Located on the first floor, the accommodation is spread over two stories.
On the first level, you will find a large living area with an eat-in kitchen, a living room with two sofas, a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, in the attic, there is the sleeping area: a large double bedroom, a second room with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and a second bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is in a quiet area, just 200 meters from the Thermal Palace.
From here, it is easy to walk to the historic center, the lake, and the Asburgico Park.
Hiking enthusiasts will find nearby trails leading to San Biagio and Forte delle Benne, among the most popular routes in the area. Wi-Fi works perfectly on the first floor and is less stable upstairs.
Parking in front of the house is not guaranteed, but free public parking is just a few steps away.
A bicycle storage service is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside.
