The cozy 75 m² penthouse apartment 'Smilla' on Pellworm accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features 2 bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling doors leading directly to the rooftop terrace: one room has a box-spring bed, while the other can be used as an additional bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed or as an office with a small desk.
The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. Enjoy the spacious rooftop terrace (approx. 25 m²) and large balcony (approx. 20 m²), both furnished with loungers, table, chairs, and a grill—perfect for experiencing sunrise and sunset.
From the living and dining area, you have a wonderful view of the North Sea and the passing crab boats.
The apartment offers both sea and ocean views. A tourist tax will be charged separately. A shared parking space is available on site.
Events are not permitted.
A free shuttle bus takes you directly to the old harbor, where the building is located.
Bike rental, supermarket, and bakery are within walking distance. This unique building is the only holiday property in Germany located in front of the dike.

Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und sehr modern eingerichtet, an Ausstattung alles da, sogar ein hochwertiges Fernglas hängt an der Garderobe. Die Besitzer/Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Haus ist neu und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Boxspringbetten sind hervorragend, die Einrichtung hat alles was man braucht und wenn nicht, einfach nur mal beim Vermieter anrufen und sofort wird alles erledigt.Die beiden großen Terrassen mit jeder Menge sitz bzw. Liegemöbeln sind ein Traum.
