Welcome to this warm and spacious gîte, perfect for a family getaway or a trip with friends in the heart of the Périgord Noir, located between Périgueux, Sarlat, and Bergerac.
Fully renovated, the gîte accommodates 6 to 8 guests.
Set on the heights of Le Bugue in a peaceful, green setting, you’re just a 5-minute drive from all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, tourist office, and the region’s weekly market. The house is entirely on one level, offering comfort and easy access.
Enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing delicious local products.
The spacious living room is a welcoming spot to gather for board games, browse the many books available, or simply relax in front of the TV. There are three bedrooms with new, quality bedding: Bedroom 1: double bed 140 × 190. Bedroom 2: double bed 140 × 190. Bedroom 3: two single beds 90 × 200 or one large bed 180 × 200, depending on your group.
This room also features a premium Bultex sofa bed. Bed linens and towels are included, and beds will be made for your arrival. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, and a second toilet. Parties are not allowed. Several cars can be parked easily on the property.
The outdoor area lets you enjoy sunny days and play pétanque in a peaceful, green environment.

Le gîte est parfait. Il contient tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Isabelle a eu de très gentilles attentions à l'égard de toute la famille y compris les animaux. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée et c’est vraiment appréciable. Le terrain a fait le bonheur des chiens. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
