Located in Ueckermünde, district Bellin, this renovated 35 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features 1 bedroom with a solid bunk bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa bed for two. The well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and heating in all rooms ensure comfort.
Instead of an oven, there is an air fryer for heating bread rolls and more.
Additional amenities include a coffee machine, HD TV, and a private barbecue. Enjoy the covered terrace with seating, table, wooden bench, and 2 loungers in the fully fenced private garden overlooking the fields and the nature park at the Szczecin Lagoon.
Bellin Beach is just 950 m away, "Bellini Beach" forest beach is a 3-minute drive, and Ueckermünde beach with dog area is 5 minutes by car. Two bicycles are included free of charge and are in working order upon arrival; repairs (e.g., inflating tires) are not provided.
Guests are liable for loss or damage. A private parking space is available on site, and public transport is nearby.
One dog up to 20 kg is allowed upon request.
Events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. The old town and harbor of Ueckermünde are 5 minutes by car, as is the Ueckermünde zoo. Altwarp harbor for boat trips is 10 minutes away, with a gas station and supermarket 1.5 km away.

Das Ferienhaus steht in ruhigerlage mit großer terasse.sehr ruhig,Gastgeber immer ansprechbar
Das Bad ist etwas zu klein,auf Toilette ist es schwer sein Geschäft zu machen zur seitlichen Wand sind nur 10 cm platz
Das Haus lag bestens, toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist völlig ausreichend und bestens geeignet zur Selbstversorgung.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man von einer Küchenausstattung erwartet. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Kurzum, eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft.
Optimal für einen Hund und 2 Personen.

Tim der Gastgeber ist gut zu erreichen, die Lage ist wirklich ruhig. Der Eingang befindet sich Rückseitig da macht es nix wenn man mal den Schüssel stecken läßt. Für 2 Personen mit Hund optimal, der Garten ist sehr schön und hundesicher. Das Häuschen bietet genug Platz für 2 mit Hund, ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Den PKW kann man auf dem Grundstück parken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
