Located in Ueckermünde, Bellin district, this renovated 35 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests.
It features 1 bedroom with a solid bunk bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa bed for two. The well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, plus heating in all rooms, ensure comfort.
Amenities include a coffee maker, HD TV, and a private barbecue.
Enjoy the spacious covered terrace with seating, table, wooden bench, and 2 loungers—all within a fully fenced private garden.
From here, you can look out over the fields to the nature park by the Szczecin Lagoon.
Bellin Beach is just 950 m away.
The forest beach "Bellini Beach" is a 3-minute drive, and Ueckermünde beach with a large dog area is 5 minutes by car. Two bicycles are included with the house, in good condition and ready for use upon arrival.
This service is free of charge; however, repairs or maintenance (like inflating tires) are not provided.
Guests are liable for loss or damage.
A private parking space is available on site, and public transport is nearby.
One dog up to 20 kg is allowed with prior agreement.
