Deposit & Cancellation Policy All reservations require a one-night deposit plus tax.
Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates may require a full-stay deposit.
Reservations must be canceled by 4PM hotel time 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one-night fee plus tax.
Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates are subject to different cancellation policies.
Check- In Policy Guests must be 21 years of age and must present a valid payment method and ID to check in.
Smoking Policy Casa Canita is a non-smoking property.
If you wish to smoke, please join us outside at the restaurant! The hotel will assess a $250 deep clean fee if the non-smoking policy is violated.
Pet Policy Dogs under 50 lbs. allowed subject to room availibility; larger dogs need special clearance during the reservation process.
A deep-clean fee of $150 applies to all reservations.
The hotel waives this fee if you book directly.
