Nestled in the heart of an oak forest, this 17th-century mill invites you to a unique getaway where charm, nature, and tranquility come together.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and a private pool, perfect for relaxing in complete serenity.
Located just a few kilometers from Bergerac, Moulin de la Faye is a true haven of peace, ideal for a memorable holiday combining comfort and disconnecting from daily life. This former mill, lovingly restored with authentic touches, is a unique property set in the midst of nature with no direct neighbors, ensuring absolute calm.
Perched on a hill overlooking the countryside, it enjoys ideal exposure and a preserved environment, perfect for rest and escape. The living space is comfortable and distinctive.
Two double bedrooms are located in the upper floors of the mill tower, offering a stay full of character.
A third double bedroom with an additional single sleeper chair is on the ground floor wing, next to a complete bathroom.
The well-equipped kitchen and bright living-dining room open onto a spacious terrace and the sunlit pool area. Rich in history, the mill retains traces of its past, including millstones visible near the terrace.
Restored in the 1970s (roof and framework) and extended in the 2000s, today it offers a peaceful, authentic setting filled with memories. Come and enjoy this exceptional place, blending nature, history, and comfort.
