Hello, we are Barthe Holidays :) First of all thank you for your interest in this flat! We present our flat with a unique charm.
It is a flat for 4 people.
One bedroom with a double bed and a high quality sofa bed. Its impressive terrace will allow you to enjoy the mornings, afternoons and evenings in the centre of the capital.
Its excellent location guarantees you to go up to Andorra without having to take the car. Caldea, Av Carlemany and the Illa, all between 2 and 10 minutes walk.
Full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Living-dining room with lots of natural light, open plan kitchen and access to a huge terrace.
Terrace of 15m2 with incredible views.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen for short and long stays.
The best restaurants, bars, terraces and shops available within walking distance for you and your loved ones.
From Barthe Holidays, we are available from 9:00 to 17h on all channels.
We speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

BOPA núm. 76 anys 2022 (22 de juny 2022)" a tax on stays in tourist accommodation has been implemented.
The tax is implemented on guests over 16 years old, per person per day, with a maximum of 7 days.
The price is 2,09€ ( IGI included ). This amount will always be charged before entering the flat and by credit card. [hidden] HUT7 007821 Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
