Our attractive, well-maintained holiday home in Mallorca sits on a 500 m² plot in a quiet side street of Cala Millor.
The town center, pedestrian zone, and beach are just a short walk away.
From the two covered terraces, you have direct access to the lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden, where you can relax outdoors. The house accommodates up to five guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central gas heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a spacious rooftop terrace with hammocks and sun loungers.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.
A washing machine, dryer, bed linen, and towels are also provided.
For families, two baby cots and two high chairs are available free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted only outdoors. In about ten minutes on foot (approx. 650 meters), you reach the long, fine sandy beach with turquoise water and a well-kept promenade.
Parking is available directly at the property. Cala Millor is one of the most popular resorts on Mallorca’s east coast, offering a long sandy beach, a beautiful promenade, and many shops, cafés, and restaurants.
The area has plenty of leisure activities for a varied and relaxing holiday. The tourism tax in Mallorca is not included in the rental price and must be paid on site.
Heating costs from October to April are also not included and are charged according to consumption if used.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Casa Sophia. Alles ist sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung. Der Garten ist auch schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Ferienhaus, insbesondere die Küche, ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Im Bad befinden sich Handtuchheizungen, die wir bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang April gern genutzt haben. Auch Heizkörper sind in den Räumen für die kältere Jahreszeit vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nich...
