Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter.
Sehr wenig Grün auf und um das Grundstück. Etwas karge Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Gute, aber laute Klimaanlagen. Müllentsorgung etwas umständlich.

Die Lage des Appartements mit unmittelbarer Sicht vom Balkon auf den Gardasee sowie dessen Neuwertigkeit sind hervorzuheben.
Die teilweise einfache und spärliche Ausstattung entsprach insgesamt nicht dem erwarteten Komfort (u.a. zu kleine Dusche, begrenzte einfache Schränke für Kleidung, keine Liege-/Chillmöbel auf dem Balkon, minimalistische Geschirr- und Besteckausstattung).
