This spacious, independent apartment is on the top floor of a recently renovated building.
It offers a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a large living area with a comfortable new sofa bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and living room.
The apartment is located in Manerba del Garda, a large village on the western shore of Lake Garda.
The village is mainly residential but has three central areas and many beautiful lake beaches, such as Porto Torchio and Porto Dusano.
There are numerous restaurants nearby and hiking opportunities like Rocca di Manerba.
Free street parking is available just before and after the house.
Guests have access to a shared garden, as the house consists of three separate units.
Please note the apartment is accessible by stairs only (no elevator).

Smoking is allowed outside only.
You are required to separate waste for recycling and respect quiet hours from 22:30 to 9:00.
Parties are not allowed.
Late check-in must be requested in advance and may be available for an additional fee.
