For a well-deserved sunny holiday, let yourselves be charmed by this beautiful 130 m² house with a magnificent private pool set in a landscaped park of over 2,000 m². Main location: This secluded house is located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, in Grèzes, a charming typical village in the Lot, just 25 minutes from Figeac.
Village amenities: All shops and services are just 3 km away: - Bakery-pastry shop, greengrocer, butcher, pharmacy, newsagent, bar, post office - Farmers’ markets with local producers (wine, fruit and vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, etc.) - Summer events in nearby villages This functional house with tasteful decoration includes: Outdoor area: - Private pool (11 x 5 m, unheated) - 2,000 m² private grounds - Fully equipped 40 m² elevated terrace A few house rules: - Quiet and peaceful countryside environment; please respect the surroundings. - Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Your host is available via the booking platform to help organize your arrival and answer any questions.
