Looking for fresh air and wide open spaces? Located in Beaumont-du-Lac, in the lovely village of Nergout overlooking the beautiful Lake Vassivière (1,000 ha, known as the "Little Canada"), this ground-floor studio offers 48 m² of comfort for 2 adults and a young child.
A child’s bed and high chair are available on request.
The apartment features one bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker (filters provided).
Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a private barbecue for outdoor meals.
Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outside with the barbecue.
A shared on-site parking space for one vehicle is available.
Parties and events are not permitted on the property.
Just 100 m from the harbor and 300 m from the beach with supervised swimming in July and August.
