The owners live on-site.
Ideally situated for exploring the treasures of Seine-et-Marne and the surrounding area.
Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it is also an ideal choice for business trips.
This cottage is semi-detached with two other cottages (ref. 638 and 650).
Private outdoor parking is available at the entrance to the property.
A private garden in front of the cottage includes garden furniture and a barbecue.
Access to the cottage is via an external staircase (currently under construction).
On the ground floor: - Living/dining room with sofas, armchairs, TV, and a large dining table - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, dishwasher). - Separate WC.
Access to the upper floor via a spiral staircase: - One bedroom with three single beds (two single beds can be joined to make a double bed upon request). - One bedroom with two single beds. - One bedroom with two single beds (two single beds can be joined to make a double bed upon request). - Bathroom - Separate WC. - Included in the price: bed linen, towels, heat pump heating.

Baby cot available upon request. - Additional charge: tourist tax. - Optional service: cleaning fee (€80). - Security deposit: €800 For companies and business trips: mandatory cleaning fee (€80/fortnight).

Gite très agréable, propre, très très spacieux, propriétaires très réactifs et sympa.Dommage que le gîte ne soit pas réservable en avril 2025....En tous cas je recommande fortement

Très bon séjour le gite est confortable bien amenage bien situé et calme. Le seul problème c est que pour aller faire une promenade il faut prendre la voiture car la sortie donne directement sur la départementale qui est très dangereuse. Peut être que les propriétaires pourraient aménagés un petit c...
