Your getaway at Grabmairhof – Farm holidays in the Ahrntal Valley Leave everyday life behind and step into a natural paradise! At 956 meters above sea level, surrounded by the impressive mountains of the Ahrntal, our Grabmairhof welcomes you—a place to breathe, recharge, and feel at home.

Our spacious and comfortably furnished attic apartment on the second floor of our farmhouse offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Here, rustic charm meets modern comfort—ideal for couples, families, or friends who love nature. Your holiday starts right at the doorstep: Whether summer or winter, our farm is the perfect base for many adventures.

The Klausberg and Speikboden ski areas are easy to reach by ski bus (just 200 m to the stop) or by car in about 10 minutes. What awaits you at Grabmairhof: • Meet our animals up close—sheep, chickens, donkeys, and our cat Mimi are looking forward to you. • A lovingly equipped holiday apartment with plenty of space to relax. • A bar with snacks right next door—perfect for a quick bite. • A large playground with water area and Kneipp zone in nearby Luttach (only 15 minutes on foot). Whether you want an active hiking holiday, a ski adventure, or simply relaxing hours on the balcony with mountain views—at Grabmairhof, you are in the right place.

We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay warm, relaxed, and unforgettable. On request and for an extra fee, we offer a breakfast basket.
