Tenuta Branca consists of 6 apartments created from the renovation of an old farmhouse complex, set in the Chianti hills and surrounded by vineyards.
The property offers spacious shared outdoor areas and a panoramic pool, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Guests can enjoy shared gardens, a communal pool (12 x 6 m, open from 01/05 to 30/10), barbecue area, children’s playground, and free laundry facilities.
Next to the pool, there’s a furnished panoramic terrace and a covered area with free Wi-Fi. The location is ideal for exploring Chianti and nearby art cities: Mercatale 4 km, San Casciano 10 km, Greve in Chianti 12 km, Florence 22 km. Visits to historic wineries with wine tastings are available for an extra fee. The property is accessible via a short, well-maintained unpaved road suitable for all vehicles.
