Located in Saint-Simon de Pellouaille, this charming 105 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with electric oven, and coffee maker, along with a dining area, living room, and bathroom on the ground floor.

The upper level features the 3 bedrooms, a toilet with washbasin, wide landing, and child safety barrier.

Amenities include high-speed WiFi for video calls, television, washing machine, fan, and a baby bed available upon request. Step outside to enjoy your private uncovered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful village atmosphere. Parking is available in the street, and 1 pet is allowed with prior arrangement with the owner upon booking.

Events are not permitted on the property. The house is situated in a particularly quiet small village between Saintes and Royan, just 5 minutes from all shops and 30 minutes from the beach.

Bed sheets are available as an option, and towels are not provided.

You are expected to leave the house in the same condition as you found it.
