Across from the property, you can observe various bird species in the mixed forest, which are also visible from the garden. Two shared parking spaces on the property and a communal bicycle storage room are at your disposal.
A shared washing machine and dryer are also available.
Please note that events and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted.
Subletting by companies or third parties is expressly prohibited—the person booking must be present as a guest in the accommodation.
