The 34 m² holiday apartment in Schönwald in the Black Forest accommodates up to 3 guests.
In the combined living and sleeping area, you will find a fold-down wall bed, a 1.40 m wide sofa bed, and a TV with video-on-demand.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a Sodastream.
Upon request, a baby cot, a high chair, as well as toys and books for children can be provided.
The apartment is step-free and fully accessible inside—you can easily reach the 5th floor by elevator.
In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer available for all residents. Enjoy views of the lake, duck pond, and park from the balcony, and unwind in the evening with a cool drink.
A children's playground is directly opposite.
The mini golf course is only 500 m away, and Schonach with the world’s largest cuckoo clock is 8 km away.
In Triberg, you will find tobogganing and ski slopes for winter activities.
With the Konus Card, you can use public transport free of charge, ensuring plenty of activities for all ages. There is ample parking at the property.
Small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and for an extra fee depending on the length of stay.
Events are not permitted.
You can choose between a personal welcome or key box for self check-in.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung war in der Fewo der Tisch sehr schön gedeckt und es stand eine Flasche Wein bereit. Auf dem Balkon kann man morgens in der Sonne frühstücken.
Alles ist sehr sauber, die Matratzen sehr gut. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienunterkunft !

Schöne,gemütliche Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Föhn, Handtücher sogar ein kleiner Safe.
Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein ,tolle Geeste,haben uns sehr gefreut darüber.
Nette, freundliche u hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Wir waren auf der Rückfahrt von Italien. Super Zwischenstation für uns, gerne wieder.
