The apartment accommodates families or groups of up to five guests, with the sofa converting into a comfortable bed. On the ground floor, guests have access to a laundry room and a storage area.
The property is surrounded by an olive grove offering plenty of shade, along with ample parking. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the house enjoys very limited traffic and a peaceful atmosphere.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, groß, hell und super ausgestattet! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts! Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, zur Innenstadt bzw. zum See sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Es war alles wie beschrieben
Die Nachbarn im Nebenhaus haben bis spät in die Nacht sowie sehr früh am morgen laute arabische Musik, TV gehört und sich auch sehr lautstark in dieser Sprache unterhalten.
