Do you love nature and tranquility? We welcome you to a 25 m² air-conditioned wooden chalet with a 12 m² covered terrace.
The chalet is located 5 km from Mareuil en Périgord, 25 km from Brantôme en Périgord, and 35 km from Angoulême and its TGV station. The accommodation offers a mezzanine bedroom (140x190 cm bed made on arrival), a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and a WC separated by a partition.
The living room features a TV, sofa, cabinet with dishes, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and kettle.
A summer kitchen with a 2-burner electric hob, sink, and refrigerator is set up on the covered terrace.
A barbecue is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. You can enjoy a large shaded, flower-filled garden with trees, as well as access to the heated pool shared with the owners (9 x 4 m, depth 1.10 to 1.70 m). Located in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, you have access to 250 km of marked hiking trails to explore the Périgord Vert, its villages, castles, local heritage, and natural spaces.

Dans un cadre idyllique nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, le châlet est très fonctionnel,très propre, pour ceux qui aime la nature et les randonnées il y a de quoi faire autour du gîte, de plus la piscine est a portée de main, on peut en profiter à tout moment.

Que dire de ce chalet ? Et bien très fonctionnel et extrêmement charmant, une propreté impeccable, une vue magnifique , une piscine accessible à tout moment, des villages à visiter tout autour et pleins de marchés à découvrir.
Et surtout merci beaucoup à Marie France et Frédéric qui sont adorables,...
