This is our home, which we built in January 2024, and we offer it for short stays when we are travelling or on holiday.
With a huge area of 150 m² and 550 m² of garden, the accommodation has everything you need for a luxurious stay. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Huge living area with two televisions (85 inch) fireplace Sonos 5.1 home system State-of-the-art kitchen garden 8.5 m x 3.6 m pool (May - Oct in operation) Koi pond Sunken seating area in the garden barbecue As this is our home, please take extra care of everything Bedroom no. 1: 200 cm x 200 cm bed Bedroom no. 2: 120 cm x 190 cm bunk bed (for 3 people) 1 sofa bed 100 cm x 190 cm 7 mattresses on the floor (on request). 2 full bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen: Side-by-side fridge Induction hob 2 ovens 2 microwaves Quooker Tap System Coffee machine Giant 3 m x 1.2 m dining table with 10 chairs ✓The tenant (who books) must present liability insurance and copy of passport before check-in. ✓ Please do not wear shoes in the house as it will scratch the wooden floor As it is our home, the kitchen cupboards and fridge will have some of our stuff.
You are welcome to use our coffee beans and tea selection Please be very careful with the velvet chairs.
They get dirty very easily and the stains do not come off ✓ Parking: for a fee/ reservation required ✓ Smoking ban: An extra fee of euro 500 will be charged for smoking odour in the flat.
