The apartment is located directly on a ski meadow in a detached country house. Two shared parking spaces are available on site.

Benefit from ski-in/ski-out access: The Tauwiesen drag lift is just 5 meters away, and the Penzing gondola is 200 meters away.
In front of the house is a ski school with its own children's practice lift.

Schwarzsee is 10 minutes away, and other swimming lakes offer additional relaxation in summer.
