Gîte Apivita is set in the countryside, in the heart of an organic wine and olive estate, just 3 km from Nyons.
The property is semi-detached with Gîte Jolia and the owner's home, but each unit is fully independent with its own entrance and private outdoor space.
The access road is unpaved but easily accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle.
Shaded parking is available just 10 meters from the accommodation. Apivita is a newly built, architect-designed 40 m² holiday home, all on one level, offering optimal comfort.
It features a kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bathroom.
Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and brand-new bedding with a duvet.
Bed linen is included for weekly stays. The private terrace is right next to the vineyards, providing a shaded, peaceful spot to relax.

La localisation de la résidence est ideale pour visiter la région des baronnies et faire des ballades à vélo autour de Nyons. La résidence climatisée est bien agréable et joliment décorée. La piscine est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et bienveillants et nous ont communiqué de bonnes adresses d artisans pour les produits régionaux.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce beau gîte très bien équipé et confortable. L’environnement est magnifique, au milieu de la nature, c’est un vrai havre de paix.
