Welcome to a charming and well-kept cottage with a lovely view over Lake Rödsvattnet.
Here you stay close to nature in peaceful surroundings, with sunshine all day on the large terrace and only 200 meters to the lake where you can swim.
The cottage accommodates up to four people and offers one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The open layout makes the house bright and airy, and the beautiful wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fan, and fridge/freezer, and the bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
From the living room, you reach the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill – perfect for breakfast in the sun or evening barbecues overlooking the water.
For those who want to explore the lake, a rowing boat is included in the rent. Things to do in the area: The area around the cottage offers beautiful nature experiences and is a paradise for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Lake Rödsvattnet is four kilometers long and beautifully shaped, ideal for paddling if you bring your own kayak.
Just a few hundred meters from the house, a scenic path leads through the forest to the bathing cliffs, and if you prefer swimming in the sea, it is only eight kilometers to Kungsviken or Småholmarna in Henån. Orust also offers many wonderful excursion destinations.
Visit Tavlebord Honey Farm with its café and country shop, or take a day trip to the car-free islands of Gullholmen and Käringön. On Tjörn, you can visit Sundsby Manor with caves, hiking trails, and a popular café serving homemade delicacies. Good to know about this accommodation: • A deposit of 1,500 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival.
The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in good condition after inspection. • Bed linen and towels can be rented for 190 SEK per person and 60 SEK per person respectively. • Final cleaning is not included in the price.
Guests clean the house themselves, cleaning materials are available. • Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric vehicles is not allowed. • Smoking is prohibited. • A small dog (up to 50 cm in shoulder height) is allowed.
Cats are unfortunately not permitted. • Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
