The Terrace apartment is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase, offering spacious, functional, and well-organized rooms.
On the upper floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Sleeps up to 6 people with 2 additional single beds available on request. Apartment “Garden” Located on the ground floor, the Garden apartment overlooks the garden and swimming pool. It features: a fully equipped kitchen, living room with single sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one of which is a foldaway bed), and a bathroom.
There is also a large, tastefully furnished covered patio measuring 40m². Villa Fioretta is the ideal choice for those who love the peace of the countryside and spacious outdoor living. Capacity up to 11 guests The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people thanks to a sofa bed in the ground-floor living room and 2 single beds available upon request. A perfect solution for larger groups looking for comfort, convenience, and well-distributed spaces. The rental includes the ground floor and first floor of the villa, with full access to all living areas, the garden, and the private pool all for your exclusive use. An apartment with separate access, which is not accessible, is reserved for the owners, who will not interfere in any way with your stay.
