In the picturesque village of Triebendorf, a district of Heilsbronn, this lovingly restored holiday home awaits you with 100 m² of living space for up to 4 guests—a perfect retreat for families and couples seeking peace and nature.
The house offers 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom and a children’s room with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a rustic wood-burning stove for cooking, baking, and heating.
The kitchen also includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Amenities include Wi-Fi, electric heaters in every room, a TV with video-on-demand, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. Outside, a spacious private garden of about 2,000 m² awaits you. Enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace (approx. 25 m²) with open views of meadows and fields.
A private grill, outdoor shower, and a sun island in summer invite you to relax. There are 2 shared parking spaces and a garage.
Up to 2 pets are welcome, and small events are possible—please contact us in advance for groups over 6 people.
Bicycle storage is available.
Electric heating in all rooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom provide comfort.
Firewood for the stove is provided free of charge.
The electricity meter is photographed at check-in and check-out; usage will be billed at cost per kilowatt hour. A special highlight: There is a horse stable with 3 stalls on the property.
You are welcome to bring your own horse (for an extra fee). A paddock opposite the house can be arranged with at least one week’s notice.
