It’s the perfect base for exploring the region: Florence is just 40 km away, Siena 50 km, and the Tyrrhenian coast with its wonderful beaches about 70 km. The property is a spacious, bright house ideal for families or small groups.
The entrance conveniently leads to both the living and sleeping areas.
The living room features a large dining table, sofa, TV, and a sideboard with dishes and glasses.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator—everything you need to prepare meals independently. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be joined upon request.
There is a full bathroom in the same area. The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house, surrounded by a garden and offering private parking with an automatic gate.
On arrival, you’ll receive a remote control and keys.
The owners live on the ground floor and will be happy to welcome you and assist with anything you need. A perfect starting point to discover villages, hills, art, great food, and all the wonders of Tuscany.

Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Dass die Küchenmöblierung sehr alt war ist noch okay, aber das wahllos zusammengewürfelte Geschirr und die Töpfe und Pfannen waren schon länger nicht mehr in Benutzung und teilweise schmutzig!
