As enthusiastic Florida fans, we have been visiting the beautiful Cape Coral again and again in recent years.
After a few house rentals, the desire for an own holiday home finally arose.

When we entered the "Villa Maui" for the first time, it was immediately clear to us: if we buy a house, it's this one. We felt at home here from the first moment.
