The 70 m² home is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 or 5 adults and/or 1 child, with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious open kitchen with living area, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with shower and small sink.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
High-speed fiber internet and TV are available.
An attached garage allows you to store bikes. The house is ideally located at the edge of a forest on a very quiet street.
Boyardville beach is nearby, just 700 m away via a forest path.
A cycle path is directly accessible from the house. A modern, secure playground for young children is just 200 m down the street.
The port, with ferry links to La Rochelle, Fort Boyard, and Île d'Aix, is also only 500 m away on foot. The village center—with daily market, shops, restaurants, and bars—is just 400 m away. Nature lovers can explore the protected Fort Royer site and visit the historic oyster-farming village.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et très propre.
La maison est située à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de la la plage de Boyardville dans une rue très calme.
Nous y avons passée des vacances agréables et y retournerons. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires.
