The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 60 m² house for rent in Sorgeat, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a 30 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with smart TV, sofa, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - A shower room - A separate WC Upstairs: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) Outside: - A beautiful 500 m² enclosed private garden, south-east facing - An 8 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Sorgeat, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Ax-les-Thermes, about 2 km away - Nearest airport: Toulouse, about 130 km away Other comments: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) available - Pets welcome free of charge.
