It features one bedroom with a double bed (160), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140) plus two bunk beds (2x90). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with garden views, separate toilet, and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Amenities include a TV, washing machine, step-free indoor access, and family-friendly equipment: baby cot and crib, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, baby bath, children's tableware, potty, toilet seat reducer, stroller, toys, children's books, and board games. Relax in the private garden and on the terrace, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. You have a parking space in front of the attached garage, with additional street parking available.
In the garage, you’ll find toys, a canoe-kayak, and fishing gear for your use. The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 3-minute walk from the sea and Saint Goustan beach, and 15–20 minutes on foot from the market square (Place Dinan) in Le Croisic center.
Nearby, discover an oceanarium, horse riding, a tourist train, seafood restaurants, various sea activities, and salt marshes. Pets are not allowed, parties are not permitted, and smoking indoors is prohibited. Bed linen is not provided.
